Her work involves assisting people in establishing personal goals and implementing strategies to help them gain control over lifestyle habits and establish sustainable self-care practices. Her holistic practice incorporates the exploration and integration of physical, emotional and spiritual concepts. Through supportive coaching she works in partnership with clients to raise awareness, break through barriers to change and ultimately create pathways to lead a more fulfilling and authentic life.
Fay holds a master’s degree in community health and certifications in Social Work, Lifestyle Fitness Coaching and Personal Training.
